Guess I'll have to fish out my old PS cds. It's a fun game when you play with friends. I've been in some pretty huge battles too, but being the noob only made me cannon fodder. Sucked, but was fun regardless. The only thing I wish I had more of is time. Between rarely playing WoW, picking up steam on EVE, and Oblivion I just don't have time to do anything else. Sure if I was like my single friend who does nothing but download anime and watch TV all day, I'd be playing my heart out... but then again, I'd be very single like him as well. Oh well. Guess you have to have priorities. KK Oh… Guess I’ll have to fish out my old PS cds.

Actually my favorite PS moments are having a squad of friends defending a base against 20 or so unorganized newbs. There is much better FPS games out there now that offer the same sort of intense battles of PS. I had some good times in PS for a little while, but for all the good times there was an equal number of bad times. Plenty of long travel times to get to a battle that was already over. Dropping into a "big battle" only to crash out and never get back before its over. Crooked aiming with the "cone of fire". Unbalanced air > ground > infantry. I think the game would of been 100x better if they had integrated battlefield commanders. People out in the field guiding the violence :) I can’t believe anyone would want to play this anymore. There is much better FPS games out there now that offer the same sort of intense battles of PS.
