It's like someone who used to row around in a pond being considered an expert on deep sea sailing. It just isn't applicable experience. I hate people who think he's the gaming equivalent of Moses carrying around the Ten Commandments. He isn't. He's just a random old guy who used to be involved in text-based roleplaying. No more qualified to rant about the MMO industry than anyone who worked in gaming back in the day. Fancythebard said it best :)
