I just read it at VirtuallyBlind too, and it seems that the tax collectors can tax those that buy gold from others and mark it up to sell it... the tax collector can then decide what the original price of the sold gold was.  Pretty interesting.  I think if China continues to sway this way nationwide IP bans are more-so a-coming.</description>
