The best part of writing is that you can get an entire argument out before realizing what nonsense it is, and then retract the whole thing before making a fool of yourself. Other times, I write something out, realize it's not even mildly original, and delete it. A lot of us don't have the willpower to not read something that's neither interesting nor original. It's a public service to hold back sometimes. No problem. I'm an introvert but I have a smaller blog and if I want to post 2000 words daily, I damn well can -- especially since I don't do it to get readers. Hrm.
