great quotes. I love real fishing, and zelda fishing. Most MMO fishing just doesn’t do it for me though

It has an odd satisfaction unto itself.

I liked fishing in WoW before they tried to add gameplay to it, then it became just another part of the rock-paper-scissors class-oriented thing racing from pool to pool.

LOTRO’s fishing isn’t fantastic by any stretch, but I appreciate the ‘hobby’ near pure fluff nature of it.

Sooner or later, some MMO is going to get fishing done really well.
