This musk is rather costly to gather and manufacture (a Single Use only Teir 9 recipe), so the Dwarves are not able to extend the service to any goats purchased by players. Only the fervour of combat is enough to stave off the effects of the musk, preventing players from getting an unfair advantage by fighting enemies on the heavily-travelled routes within Moria.
