He can’t get the venue changed because the venue is Australia. He lives in the UK. Courts can’t send cases abroad.

He may have a good argument that Australia lacks jurisdiction over him, but to make that argument he has to defend himself in Australia, which is the root of the problem.

Anyone seen these ads for a game called Nodiatis? I’ve started seeing them show up where Evony ads once did and they’re just as random.

Very poor.

I don’t unfortunately have a spare £50 000 but I will certainly support Bruce by sending a letter to my MP and by of course not playing Evony.

What I don’t understand is why he can’t get the venue changed. I sued someone once in the UK small claims court and they wanted the case heard in Portsmouth so I had to drive down there for the case.

Corporate entities being able to victimise individuals by holding cases in remote locations seems deeply unfair. In this case they seem to have specifically picked the venue to make it difficult. That’s not justice.

I don’t know if it is just because of the sites I tend to visit, but I have been noticing a significantly less amount of boob in Civony … uh, I mean Evony ads recently.
