I’ve been killing myself in the last few MMORPGs. I spend more time trying to figure out how things work and what is the best way to do something. I think it’s time to stop that whole behavior, as it is making the games NOT FUN.
So when I log in for the first time in World of Warcraft (hopefully this weekend?), I will be entering their world to have fun. No more stats. All seat of the pants. In fact, I think I’ll even role-play for a while. That would be a nice change.
I’m going to play that game as if I AM the character on the screen.
