[ToonTown] My kids have been playing ToonTown for several months, but I haven’t seen them touch it in the last month. Therefore, I thought I would cancel it.
Hop onto the website and look for the cancel button. None to be found. Turns out you have to call them to cancel. BAD!
I called to cancel only to hear the all-to-famous phrase, “Your account was just billed for the next month 2 days ago”. BAD!
However, they said I could be refunded since it was within the refund time allowed. They cancelled my account and credited me back for the current statement. GOOD!

LOL Toontown… Is that like Evercrack for kids? … Teaching them to pwn @ an early age? Haha! , That’s awesome. Go Ethic!!! for training them early.
I went through the same thing when I canceled my kid’s account. However I found the person on the other end to be one of the most friendly, nice CS people I’ve ever met in the software CS world.
I agree with you Askander, she was very pleasant and was happy to refund my money for the previous billing.
